Try this 5 min breakfast (that has 15g fibre in it)

Women need 25g of fibre per day to meet the daily reccomend intake. I see a lot of women struggle to include fibre at each meals but if you break it down it’s actually quite manageable.

My breakfast recipe takes 5 mins and is full of nutrients and is fibre dense.

Here’s exactly what’s in it;
½ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp sunflower/pumpkin seeds
1 cup milk of your choice
Handful of blueberries (or your choice of fruit)
2 prunes

Mix all ingredients together and either eat right away or put in fridge for the next day.
Total: 15g fibre - all in one bowl and all before lunch

If you’re still struggling to go regularly despite eating well — that’s a sign something deeper is going on.

Once done add to at least one meal a day and you’re nearly at your fibre goals for the day!
