The best Rice to help you get to your daily fibre goals
One cup of this rice has 20g of fibre without even trying + only 3 key ingredients. I meal prep this at the start of the week and have a cup a day so I know I’m getting enough fibre for the day.
Here’s the recipe;
1 brown basmati rice
1 cup quinoa (soak before cooking)
1 cup red lentils
1 tbs @gevityrx bone broth (optional)
3 cups water
Add all ingredients in a pot on medium heat, I use the absorption method for cooking rice but can throw in the rice cooker.
Once done add to at least one meal a day and you’re nearly at your fibre goals for the day!
