The Initial Consultation is your foundation, the longest and most thorough appointment that we offer. We go deep on your health goals, current symptoms, and history.
Nothing is too small or too embarrassing to mention, this is a judgment-free space where we listen and create your achievable health goals together.
After your consult, we develop a personalised treatment plan and send it to you within 2 days. It covers everything we discussed, including:
Food and nutrition guidance
Lifestyle recommendations
Any herbal or supplement protocols
Further testing, if needed
You leave the consultation knowing exactly what your health goals are and what we will be working on until your next consult.
Duration: 75mins
Your follow-up is typically scheduled 4-5 weeks after your initial consultation, depending on your goals.This is where we review your treatment plan in detail. We look at what's working, what needs adjusting, and how you're feeling overall. We'll go through any recent test results together and update your protocol accordingly.
From here, we agree on next steps and map out any further follow-ups based on where you're at.
